01 Since 1936

1936: Establishment of company ATNAS

1977: ATNAS becomes Mabotex. At that time, are developed the first machines to automatically fold surgical and pharmaceutical compresses. At the same time, Mabotex starts exporting machines worldwide.

2008: Mabotex becomes Mabotex Engineering and add to its machine range new equipment for the production of face masks, bouffant caps, nonwoven gloves and drapes.

Since 2016, Mabotex Engineering is part of the CERA MECA group.

03 Research and development

Within its research department, Mabotex Engineering works on developing a new range of machines for the production of “Technical Dressings”.

Mabotex Engineering also designs and builds machines in compliance with customer requirements.

Thanks to this continuous research, Mabotex Engineering is now active in new fields of medical consumables.
